Signia will Emphasise the Expanded AXE Platform in 2023

Signia will Emphasise the Expanded AXE Platform in 2023

All Hearing Aids Are Rechargeable

Signia has added a variety of hearing aid designs to its well-liked AXE line. Interesting about them is that most of them are rechargeable. There is just one conventional zinc-powered model available, the Pure 312. They have also made sure that, with the exception of their bespoke ITE, CROS devices are available for every style. A new Styletto with a CROS Styletto, a Pure Charge&Go AXE, a Pure Charge&Go AXE with telecoil, a Pure Charge&Go CROS, a Custom Insio Charge&Go, and lastly those previously mentioned Pure 312 and Pure 312 CROS are the devices that are now available.

Telecare and the App

It is important to talk about the app, the Assistant, and telecare before we get started with the different styles. The devices provide complete connectivity to compatible Android and iPhone phones, connecting to the corresponding app and streaming audio. After the recent IOS 15.1 release, I don't think it will be long before the AXE offers hands-free phone calls as well, at least for iPhones.

The supplemental app provides access to remote care and fine-tuning as well as the outstanding Signia Assistant. The Assistant is a fantastic resource for users. It enables instant assistance if you need to change your settings. It is simple to work with and produces adjustments that you can evaluate right away.

You have two options: embrace them or continue looking for what you believe to be a superior sound. The Assistant is an AI system that records data on the user and the acoustic environment whenever it makes a change. The professional can view this information in their programming software, which aids in their comprehension of your needs.

Signia Telecare is a useful tool that may be used to adjust your aids while you're out and about without having to go to the office. Signia has been enhancing its power through the generations while Telecare has been around for a while. It reduces trips to the doctor's office for many people and allows them to obtain support in their surroundings.

Three Tech Levels

The premium 7, mid-range 5, and lesser mid-range 3 levels of technology are all available for the hearing aids indicated below.

AXE Styletto

The new Styletto features a more discrete fit and is smaller than its predecessor. The expert can swap out the receivers in the workplace if they break because they are replaceable. That was a significant flaw in the original Styletto, but Signia recognised it right away and set about addressing it. With a simple modification in receiver power, the aids can accommodate hearing impairments ranging from mild to severe.

The charger is a work of art and is small enough to fit in your pocket. It can be used for four days when travelling before needing to be recharged. You can place the charger on a charging pad without plugging it in because it can also wirelessly charge devices. The aids may be used for up to seventeen hours on a full charge, which should satisfy the majority of users.

Additionally, a new Dry&Clean charger is available that not only charges hearing aids but also features UVC cleaning and drying technology to maintain them in top working order. The CROS Styletto is essentially a rechargeable transmitter in the shape of a Styletto.

T-AX and Pure Charge & GO AXE

The inbuilt telecoil on the T is the sole variation between the Pure Charge&Go aids; everything else is essentially the same. They provide a discreet fit and are compact and light. With a simple modification in receiver power, the aids can accommodate hearing impairments ranging from modest to profound. They include a straightforward desktop charger, but the pocket charger is an optional addition. You won't regret purchasing it, in my opinion, thus I think it is worth the extra money.

The pocket charger is a work of art, small enough to fit in your pocket, and provides four days of on-the-go use before needing to be recharged.
You can place the charger on a charging pad without plugging it in because it can also wirelessly charge devices. The fact that the aids can be used for up to twenty-four hours, including five hours of streaming music, should please the majority of users.

Additionally, a new Dry&Clean charger is available that not only charges hearing aids but also features UVC cleaning and drying technology to maintain them in top working order. The CROS Pure Charge&Go is essentially a rechargeable transmitter in the Pure form.

only 312 AXE

The Pure 312 aids are a little bit smaller than the rechargeable counterparts, pretty much as it sounds. With a simple modification in receiver power, the aids can accommodate hearing impairments ranging from modest to profound. They are powered by a 312 conventional zinc-air battery.

Charge & Go Insio AXE

We previously talked about the invention of the rechargeable personalised hearing aid. Although a full shell model is also offered, the smallest Insio is around the same size as an In The Canal hearing aid. The hearing aids can accommodate mild to severe hearing deficits.

There is a desktop charger and a pocket charger included with the Insio. Similar to other pocket chargers, this one is a work of art.
Users don't have to bother about placing them into the charger because charging is contactless. Once you plug them in, they begin to charge.

The aids can be used for up to twenty hours on a single charge, making the majority of users satisfied. The Signia motion sensors are an interesting feature of the Insio, since they let the device to recognise whether the wearer is moving or stationary and adjust the music accordingly. That's really nice for a personalised aid.

Signia hearing aids have impressed me when I've tested them in the past. I have always admired Pure's superb, discreet, and well-fitting aids. I have been putting a pair of the new Pure Charge&Go AXE aids to the test, and I'll be back soon to share my opinions.

The AXE platform has garnered positive reviews, and the concept of employing two CPUs to divide up music processing is really unique. Many of the professionals who are installing the devices that I communicate with are really pleased with the outcomes.

Naturally, Signia is currently one of just two producers of rechargeable in-the-ear hearing aids. Therefore, if that catches your attention, they are worth your consideration. It's interesting that there is only one typically powered aid available.
